Common Ground is a place we can all stand, together. This coffee comes from our most prized lot of the year. First anaerobically fermented for 36 hours, then put through a wash process. It’s got our signature blend of Catuaí, Caturra & Pache varieties.
The taste? Macadamia, Milk Chocolate, and Chamomile flowers on the palette with a remarkably smooth body & finish.

Natural Process
BLUEBERRY, CACAO NIBS, DRIED CRANBERRY.
Start your day off with the medicine. The Remedy is our most lively coffee, dried on African beds using the entire ripened fruit and equatorial sun for 30 days. It’s got our signature blend of Catuaí, Caturra & Pache varieties.
Roasted with a delicate medium profile. The taste? Intriguing lively flavors of Blueberry, Cacao Nibs, & Dried Cranberry. It boasts a bright, floral flavor.

Honey Process
CARAMEL CORN, SUNDRIED ORANGE, BROWN SUGAR.
That 20 minutes at the start and end of each day where the light in the sky is soft and the colors turn vibrant. For this blend, we depulp the coffee fruit and leave the sweet honey mucilage intact. Next, we sun-dry these gems, nice and slow, in African beds for over two weeks. The sweet nectar caramelizes in the heat and transfers all its juicy goodness into the bean.
Roasted to a rich medium profile. The taste? Caramel corn, sundried orange, and brown sugar in an impressive dance of sweet and creamy.
This one is 20 minutes of pure glory.

TOASTED WALNUT, DARK CHOCOLATE TRUFFLE, BROWN SUGAR.
Our VCO. signature espresso takes washed anaerobic beans and turns up the heat. We patiently extend our roast time to fully develop each and every sugar molecule, rich and smooth for the home latte enthusiast. Try it in your stovetop Moka pot or your fancy new Jura machine.
The taste? Toasted Walnut, Dark Chocolate Truffle, Brown Sugar on the palette with a remarkably smooth body & finish.
